Parking: You can park your car in our garage. If you often use your car we recommend parking it in the nearby public garage. It is free of charge.
Reservation: Please do your booking in written form and transfer the deposit (caparra) for the reservation. Reservations via telephone are not valid.
Payment: You can pay the invoice in advance via transfer or on the day before your departure in cash, or with your EC-Credit card (no American Express and Diners). Full payment in cash on the day of your arrival is rewarded with 1% off price.

Local Tax: The local residence tax is for all guests older than 14 years. 2,10 € per person and night. This extra payment is not included in the overall prices.
Children: As parents we know your wishes and needs: cot, changing mat, pram, high chair, buggy and baby carrier are all available for free. Kids accommodation prices are: 0-7 years: gratis, After the 7.th Birthday 16,00€ per person and night.
Cancellation: We recommend travel cancellation insurance. The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers'Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: Our cancellation conditions are as follows:No cancellation fees are charged for cancellations up to the 15th day before the start of the trip. - For cancellation from the 15th day until 1 day before arrival we charge 80% of the total amount. - In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show or later arrival/earlier departure 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Smoking: Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Sonnblick apartment.
